Analyzing market and competition and identifying after sales opportunities at clients based on existing and new Installed Base. Identifying customer’s process improvement areas and match after sales products. Demonstrating the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers in the poultry processing industry. Setting, meeting and exceeding after sales goals. Managing after sales funnel and after sales forecast. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. Continuously improving After Sales products by identifying new customer requirements. Follow-up on accounts receivable reporting

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and technical requirements in the food processing industry. Willingness to travel 30-40% and work in a global team of professionals. Proven ability to achieve sales quotas. Technical background (HTS-Wtb) with experience in the area of maintenance management and/or after sales. Analytical, strong personality, professional presentation, excellent consultative sales, communication and organizational skills. Verbal and written English fluently. German and/or Spanish language is preferred
